How can I avoid the scam of RealtyTrac racking up my credit card (trial period- riiiiiiight) but yet get?

Another question people here might be able to help with... Recently a friend want to a RichDad program (total scam) but they did have a cool software package that you can punch in any address, and it will display the morgage on it.. leins.. appraised value (not so accurate) .. lot number etc... Of course my friend canceld RichDad ASAP.. and lost the software use.
Is there any site/way to get this for free.. Rich Dad wanted $1500 for the software, and $50.month.
Again.. its NOT ONLY for foreclosures.. and was accurate, as I looked up all my relatives homes and verified accuracy...
