After voicing my concerns, I am still working with this agency but with a different agent. I have seen 2 additional properties that I found but were in horrible condition. I receive automatic emails when a property that is a multiple comes on the market but as yet no suggestions from the agent. Thanks for the all the responses/suggestions but it feels like I really don't need a realtor until the time comes to make an offer. I was surprised when she asked another agent if the price was negotiable on a property I wanted to view and decided since it was not, I shouldn't see it. I did not even get a chance to make an offer. Hopefully the house I am looking for is out there and I will find it soon. - Tue Jun 10 2008, 14:43
Unfortunately I did sign a 90 day agreement but the person I signed with advised that an associate would take over if a scheduling conflict arose. Apparently something arose because I have never seen the original agent again, I was immediately pawned off to an assistant who seems to work in real estate part time.
I hate to waste 90 days with someone not really giving the effort as I am prequalified and anxious to move forward in the home buying process. - Sun May 25 2008, 18:38
