Also... When we first moved here it wasn't that busy of a road but the past 10 years or so have really seen alot of changes in traffic because of the shopping near by. The problem is David that what i think it's worth and what buyers are willing to pay are two differnt prices these days. My main concern is the busy road off our cul de sac. I think we will have to price it lower then the comps in our area because of that and I'm just not sure how low we'll have to go. I guess what i really want to know is what is the percentage we'll have to take off the price to make up for the busy street to get buyers in the door.
