Wow...a "pipe dream" ...maybe it is in today's market, and with my credit rating....but before you talk down to people like myself by belittling my dream or goal tomake this house our home...take a look at all those people who had great credit who sat back and took out 2nd mortgages and are now sitting in 1 room apts crying because they lost everything...The market needs people like us, that want more than anything to own a home, and will do anything to get it, even if it means knocking on every door and begging on our knees when we have too. If it wasn't for all the 750+ scores of the world defaulting on home loans, it wouldn't be so hard for a 550+ to get financial help. Now I don't live under a mushroom, and I know my credit score needs a boost, and I'm trying..but as most americans now, we now need to choose between the grocery store..Utilitily Bills and Rent or a bill from 2003 that drags a FICO score down...Well my daughter cant wear a 5yr old Direct Tv bill as a diaper..soooo ok I'll put away my soapbox, but I do thank you for your reply and comments to my question/quest for help........ - Wed Sep 24 2008, 08:04

I tried to deal with Masiello group and spoke to an agent who answered some of my questions then tried to steer me away from this property to another much higher and this is the house I WANT, but they stopped helping me, so I'm not with an agent, going about this home endeavor solo...

cute town= Greenville NH Its a small town..I'm orginally from Manchester NH and moved to Florida and want to move back and found this quiet place and a great house...but just keep hitting walls to get financing to go thru, even with the companies that claim bad credit isnt an issue :( - Tue Sep 23 2008, 09:43
