You may also want to check craigslist - searching Merrifield or Dunn Loring will reveal a sample of what is available. Many condos are currently being listed at prices below purchase price within the last 2 years.

Please give a general price range minimum and maximum and number of bedrooms - there are condos as low as $260K and townhouses as low as $400K for sale in that area. - Fri Nov 23 2007, 04:40
