Real Estate Agents are always saying it's a great time to buy. It's how they earn a living.

Peter was just presenting some market statistics which is very useful.

I read in Businessweek that for the real estate prices to be in-line with the normal appreciation trend for the past 50 years and to be in the same ratio with rent, it still has at least 20% more to drop. - Sat Feb 9 2008, 06:12
