Hi, again I suppose my first request may be a little vague.

Schooling will be very important, I am unsure as to private or public as I have to research this and look at the associated costs.

After 10 plus years of trudging my way into London with a commute of 1hr 30 minutes each way, I will happily drive 30 minute to get to the business that I am buying. However if there are communities that are safe, (maybe a gated community) that are less than 30 minutes, this will be a bonus. I have looked at Apollo beach on the web and this loooks to be a very nice area, and I love the idea of having direct access to the bay/bay views.
I have also looked at New Port richie (Spelling?) and again this looks to be a good area, I am unsure as to what the cost of living would be in these areas as I have seen mentioned on these boards that living a little more inland is a lot cheaper with regards to insurance etc.
Also, I am a Cash buyer and will not require a mortgage.

I suppose I'm in the early stages of looking around and would idealy like to be moved over there within 6/9 months. (Sooner should my Visa application go smoothly)
