It has been on the market for about 90 days and they have dropped the price once already by $9000, but this still leaves it's list price $10,000 over what homes around it are selling for (in the $79.9 range). I'm just not sure what a good first offer would be as far as how low under asking price is a typical place to start. - Sun Sep 14 2008, 06:13
It is 115 McDeerman Road. It's MLS # is 620720. As far as closing costs with the type of loan I have they're to be included with the loan itself,so I'm not really sure how all that works. My mortgage broker keeps saying that it doesnt matter if they will pay it either way because it has to be financed with the loan. So I'm not sure if that would be that much less they would take off the asking price. This has been a very frustrating process, between the real estate agent and mortgage company I never seem to get any of the questions answered that I have. I honestly feel like they are just blowing me off because I'm not looking to buy a very expensive house. - Sat Sep 13 2008, 18:03
