Could you answer one more question I saw a house it was on about a 100x200 lot but the usable land was about 100x100 because the other 100x100 was behind a very high retainer wall. why do they give you or make you responsible the other 100x100 which is basically unreachable and you might be responsible for keeping it clean. - Tue Jun 3 2008, 20:06

both homes are in the same development and same model built by the same builder and the condition of both homes are about the same and in the middle of the block the 80x200 lot is all usable flat grass with no trees.
