wow ...so much going on here ...lol ...
I think some of u need to be realistic about going to an ivy league college etc ....getting in ..the cost ,,,who u know etc.......A BA counts yes but its all about where u got the MA in the end ....
I am buying at center place and yes it is expensive but we have looked all over edison and anything that comes close in terms of looking like center place is over 650k ....
North Edison is great but over crowded and eventually the over flow will go into South Edison and I am seeing it happen the reason the schools in North are top its because of the Asian population ....I've seen smaller town homes little upgrades at Traditions in South Plainfield fetch ...450K recently ...
Most of the homes are almost gone my husband and I plan to live there for many years to come and its not about flipping and making money which is where most mindsets are ..... - Sat Jul 12 2008, 04:57
actually the townhomes are almost sold out ..just a few left .... - Sat Jun 28 2008, 18:33
I guess market conditions and that daily news of gloom and doom ...this is my second home ....sold the other few years ago and have been renting since .....The media has not be helping in this market ...we are not looking to flip this home but live long term at least 15 yrs here ...also this place is almost half million dollars maybe no time in my life i thought i could afford this .....hence the nerves....
Thanks - Sat Jun 14 2008, 06:57
yes some are 504k.....
We have looked and looked the floor plan .....design is what we've wanted ...just very nervous.... - Fri Jun 13 2008, 15:37
5000 towards closing..granite counter tops and cherry oak cabinets...
they are selling though not as fast as first phase... - Tue Jun 10 2008, 19:38
So we are purchasing the classique model ....nervous and excited at the same time .... - Mon Jun 9 2008, 14:27
I know the granite counter tops and cherry cabinets were not included but the Appliances were.
Pretty much u are getting everything thats in model except ceiling fans and furniture , paint will be white not custom colors... we are now really contemplating buying one . - Wed May 7 2008, 14:00
I do think its a bit overpriced but we've been looking for months at homes and the Largest model comes close to what we want but we're not sure ...models are really nice I don't know how much of central NJ was Impacted by the slowdown because prices are still very high ....Most of the larger units have sold out ...I think they are having problems selling the smallest townhouse and will have to eventually reduce price ....only incentive they offered was $5000 towards closing cost .
We checked out Traditions in South Plainfield townhomes much smaller and still asking middle to high 400k .... - Tue Apr 29 2008, 18:59
