More info if this helps....we spoke to the agent again about increasing our offer and he said he feels ours is the strongest of the offers and kind of lead us to believe we should leave it alone for now. We have no contingencies, 4% deposit, almost 40% down payment, 30 days close date and have only offered 10k under asking. Supposedly there are no full price offers but "close" whatever that means we can't be sure. Just hoping the bank will counter us since we are willing to pay more!
