Unfortunately there is no other buyers. They could get their houses by having the liens on their properties put on my house to be. The builder could succeed carrying over the liens from houses to houses. I was one of the last contracts and the contractors refused to accommodate the builder one more time. There are several other properties in the sub-division that are still on the market either by the bank (after foreclosures) or from the shell company created by the father of the builder (who happens to be the developer)...One of the contractor has filed a law suit attached to the house. - Mon Nov 19 2007, 17:46
