If you take posssetion in April 2010, your kids can go to SRUSD right away from the same day or even sometimes earlier than that. You do not need to wait for new school year to start.

I would go with Paloma plan1 due to fact that
- It is all inclusive -> you may need minimum to no Upgrades. For Campton, you may have to add many upgrades which will add up.
- Excellent floor plan
- New release is in front of the excellent park, little bigger lot size.
