Most of the houses are Short sales...which I am not interested.. seems like new listings are not coming up as it used to be in last couple of weeks...
Is the House inventory low in windemere at present ???

but generally when we talk abt comparisons or median prices, do we consider the upgrades as well, may be the houses that sold for $238 p. sq ft., may not have any upgrades..
We are thinking to make an offer, but should we just stick to the avearge prices , or the comps that sold near by , I fear if we pay overprice for this house....
if its priced at 925000, should the max we should go for 850000 ??

I would prefer this community than gale ranch , as gale ranch homes are pretty close to igh power lines, which I dont consider positive for health reasons.
