I went to http://www.realtor.com and searched for this MLS # and got this info on the property.

This is in Hidden Valley Lake, not Calistoga. Hence the asking price is very much "correct". - Sat Nov 21 2009, 13:52

Which are nicer/safe neighborhoods in Sonoma? And which are bad neighborhoods? I'm not familiar with Sonoma and would really like to know.
Is the Boyes Springs area safe? How much would a 3BR/2Ba/1 car gar, 1400 sq ft SFR rent for? Is it easy to find renters these days?

To find assessed value per county record, go to http://www.co.napa.ca.us/MyProperty
Get the parcel no. and paste into http://www.co.napa.ca.us/commerce/propertypayments for tax record. - Tue Nov 11 2008, 15:53
