About:
I am interested in buying a house in Florida, not sure the exact area yet. My boyfriend and I plan to move down after I graduate from Cosmetology school in March. We will be staying at a family members condo in Cocoa Beach during the summer and would really like to begin the search for a house to own pretty much right away.

After looking online at the communities Florida has to offer, I am falling in love with the gorgeous Palm Bay area; I am looking for a career in Melbourne and Palm Bay would be an easy commute to Melbourne and family in Cocoa Beach. Our price range is no larger than $150,000, which is kind of a tough price range with all the things we would like- we really are trying to stay away from townhouses, or communities with association fees. We are willing to fix a house up but don't want to throw tons of money into it. A big garage is a necessity as my boyfriend is a mechanic, a one to two car garage would work as long as we could build onto it in the years to come. I would really like a three+ bedroom, two+bathroom, to be able to have family visit and someday have a family of our own. If I had it my way I would have a gorgeous master bedroom, bath attached, and walk in closet. I really enjoy an open family room with great natural lighting through windows. A kitchen with stainless steel appliances and newer countertops, and darker wood cabinets would be perfect, I also plan to entertain so a dining room is essential.

Thank you so much for helping us out! We are trying to find a real estate agent we can trust and commute with through email or phone, we will be visiting Florida soon so we would be able to tour houses.
