I understand and think it is a fair question even if the agents cant answer. I think you will be disappointed. I have lived in the Sacramento Area for the past 4 years and I can't think of one area that will meet your needs. Sacramento proper is diverse, but there are few, if any 2800 sf in your range. A google search of any of those cities and the words demographic data will give you an idea of the composition. - Fri May 9 2008, 18:41
