Thank you all for your answers..I am getting a better idea now..I would also like to know a bit about short sales..If i like a house do i have to wait for Buyers approval or Banks approval of offer? EX...House is 150 on short sale....Do I put an offer in for 140 and wait? How long a wait ? And can someone offer 145 and i don't know about it and lose my chance..Sorry not too familiar with this new short sale stuff..Is it like some type of auction ? .thanks - Tue May 27 2008, 06:15

Thanks Dave....I'm in a nice community, walk to the beach, intracoast a stones throw away..Boat ramps at Alsdorf park there...Set off of the 14th street Causeway..Hidden..When I bought the home, I never knew the houses were here and I already lived and worked in the area for 5 years...Hillsborough mile is down the road as is Ocean Blvd..I do feel this is an ideal area that is not overpriced for the 33062 area code..I'm keeping my fingers crossed..I'm staying positive as I know someone will stumble upon the area and agree with me..Again thanks for your answers - Wed May 21 2008, 20:15
Thank you Angela for your answer..I;ve been doing a lot of reseach on Sun Harbor myself..The 3 sales are all different circumstances,,!st was a foreclosure with no dock and not on the water for 188...2nd was a home on the water with a dock for 335,,,3rd was a distress sale..Person with 2 motgages going..Not on the water and no dock for 208.... The ones on the water are far more appealing as there is no rear neighbor and much more private..yOU CAN SIT BACK THERE AT NIGHT AND ITS BEAUTIFUL AND PEACEFUL..tHEY ARE REALLY THE HIDDEN TREASURES HERE...oops sorry for the caps...Well worth the extra money..People would have to see for themselves....I see one listed for 411 and another at 370 there...They have a dock space though..Ones on the water w/o a dock are 299 to 334...I've done my homework also...I believe this area is picking up as I've seen activity for a change...I'm setting my price at 299 as of now ..On the water no dock...We,ve both done are homework... - Wed May 21 2008, 19:43
