The chances are slim to none in the Philadelphia area. This would be a much more likely scenario in Florida, Vegas, or California where the market is given to more wild swings. The slim is in the event it is in preforeclosure and the seller realizes, correclty I may add, that if they can do a deal and satisfy at least what they owe, it will save their credit.
