I appreciate your e-mail. I am interested in purchasing an REO but the last thing I am going to do is feel pressured by properties being gobbled up. According to my research and visits as well to many homes in great condition which are REO the ball is in my court. The market is flooded in this area at the moment. Especially when I have cash and can close when I want. I assume that there must be a website which I can go and check on a weekly basis to see all the latest foreclosures in the Orlando area. I also find it ridiculous to have to pay for this information (which is what you must do with Realty Trac). What I was hoping to find was a website which would show me the latest info with pictures.
Kind Regards,

Hey Tony,
I appreciate your assistance. At the moment I am just beginning this process and just want to start looking at REO properties over the internet. I don't need financing because I believe that I will just wind up paying cash depending upon the amount of the property. - Sun Mar 16 2008, 13:53
In my opinion, you should check with both the county and city sheriffs dept. to find out statistics on where the crime rate is lowest. You need facts to base this on. I know that there are reports that you can find out. - Sun Mar 16 2008, 11:14
