I have dealt with orangefuture.com and looks to me like a home-made operation run by about 5 or 6 people. Not only are they completely unprofessional, but I believe that their marketing practices are very shady. Generally, you don't want to trust a company that makes ridiculous promises like "We will move you into a home with no money down and no credit check". Rule of thumb; if it sounds too good to be true, more than likely it is. However, a company that I have dealt with that was very helpful in finding my new home that I currently live in is HR National (www.hrnational.com). They deal directly in pre-foreclosures and have qualified finance consultants that help ANY person move into a home in any type of credit situaton. If you looking into foreclosures, HR National is without a doubt your best bet. Good luck. - Fri Mar 7 2008, 20:59
