Wow! There are positive points to this neighborhood, some of which you've mentioned. But doesn't anybody feel obligated to mention the crime rate in the area, the air qualitey, the traffic (it can take you 10 minutes to get to I-95, which is yards away), the murder at the Sunoco Station, etc.? The answers on this site really shows how untrustworthy Realtors can be.
