Hi Mary - Trulia and Windermere have recently updated our marketing program to link agents directly with Trulia. This is exciting, as you can now feature your listings and purchase a Local Spotlight Ad for one low monthly fee with Trulia Pro. Plus, your previously featured listings are still branded with your photo and contact info. Please check your email for a note from Windermere that was sent yesterday, or ask your broker for more information. - Fri Jul 11 2008, 10:03

I am interested in purchasing a condo around 29th and mission is SF. Is the neighborhood up and coming?

I live a few blocks away - 29th & Sanchez. If you walk just a few blocks west into Noe Valley, there are some great restaurants (Pescheria, Toast, XO Coffee), an awesome butcher shop (Drewes Brothers Meats) and other little shops. It seems like something new opens every couple of months. Plus, the J-Church stops at 29th. I absolutely love the area! - Sat Mar 1 2008, 11:57
