I have lived in a rented house on Prospect street and I can tell you I wouldnt buy on Ackerman because of the traffic. If I could afford ,I will move to a quieter location . Thekids wont be isolated, believe me, with the park and school friends .

you have the attorney review period during which you can back away from your offer. I did the same thing last year when my husband offered too much in my absence
