A release form was signed with my agent and states..

Joe answered:
Agent did not send any e-mail of houses that we looked at. In fact no houses were ever brought to our attention, we found and asked to go see each house. - Sun Jul 13 2008, 08:34

The offer was not accepted so that house was not for us. We are still searching, looking at one tonight! Thank you all who posted! - Wed Jun 4 2008, 12:35
Buddy,

The sellers agent had mentioned to our Realtor that another offer is being made and to put our best foot forward. The sellers agent had met us at the house prior to our agent arriving and the sellers agent had said that she was showing this house again although our Realtor said no other bookings were made. I'm not aware of the other potential buyers already having the best offer or if the offer was even made yet. This house has been listed for well over a months time. - Mon May 26 2008, 14:29

I see much different foundations than the conventional concrete used now days. Are these older granite and block stone foundations as good? - Wed May 28 2008, 18:54

The house is on a full concrete foundation. The sellers agent said the seller was not aware it was a prefab. The sellers agent said she knew from some sort of beam or something in the basement. - Sat May 24 2008, 13:32

Buddy and others,

Thank you for your awnsers. My wife and I have been pre approved and both hold credit scores over 740 but unfortunatly do not have 40k to put on a 200k house or we would deplete our savings. Why are the FHA loans better than having PMI, or are they? - Fri May 16 2008, 13:43
