Do the condos at Centreplace in Edison offer to rent or just buy?

Tracy answered:
What is your price range?

My friend Danny is investor; he can buy condo at Centerplace to rent you. He just bought a condo in cash at Edison Hollow South http://raspberryct.blogspot.com/ for investment. He said his father did not allow his family to buy stock; he said his father deem money going to stock market is gamble. So, whenever he got good condo at Edison, he would buy in cash for investment. - Sun Mar 30 2008, 15:33

My friend's son just got admitted to UC Berkeley and he is consider buying a home for his son to stay for 4 years college study, and may be longer. After all, Berkeley 's Biochemistry graduate school ranked top #1 over hundreds of universities such as Stanford, Harvard, MIT, UCLA, ...etc, if can also get admited, that would be wonderful.

He has been invested in places walk to train station and good public universities. e.g. Edison Hollow South http://raspberryct.blogspot.com/ that can walk to NYC train station to Wall St and next to Rutgers Univ is SOLD OUT! and many neighbor hood communities such as Edison Manor, University Heights, ...etc. all sold out.

I guess soon you will see housing can walk to Downtown Berkeley Bart and UC Berkeley will be moving very fast ... - Sun Mar 30 2008, 13:16
