38 year old female letter carrier in Lansing, MI w/bad credit, looking to lease option purchase a home in the next 2-3 months, and repair credit within a year. Need help, and a new buyer's agent who's patient, available, and knows options!!! Read my questions to see an answer I choose as best-if you agree, you could be the one for me! :) (Wouldn't hurt if you hooked me up with a 4bdm/2bth home with a basement, yard AND in the Waverly School District-48917! laf)
