6 months to a year for the most part. If your house is under 175K then you might be able to sell it closer to 6 months, but right now homes over 220K are moving very slow. - Mon Jun 16 2008, 20:43

Cost of living in the Gulfport area??

Health ins depends on your employer. Utilities about 150 a month for electric, 50 for basic cable, 50 for water , sewer and trash another 40. There really isnt a hands down best school in that area. Probably Bear Creek or Woodlawn. Houses in Gulfport are a little more expensive than St. Pete but they are on the decline. Lots of African Americans moving into the neighborhood. - Mon Jun 16 2008, 20:40
