Health ins depends on your employer. Utilities about 150 a month for electric, 50 for basic cable, 50 for water , sewer and trash another 40. There really isnt a hands down best school in that area. Probably Bear Creek or Woodlawn. Houses in Gulfport are a little more expensive than St. Pete but they are on the decline.
