i have a friend wanting to buy a home. she signed the papers and is trying to get financing. her credit score is 571. what kind of financing can you?

so far they only seem to be looking at her score and not submitting the application because they claim fha and freddie mac etc must have a score in the 620 +.

does it matter that she does not live in california for you to help her?
