Not sure how I stumbled upon this, but I am not a realtor but a single father of two looking for an an owner carry. Gainfully employed and very responsible but recently divorced and she got the goldmine! I'm not going to lie to you - I don't have alot of money right now but I am probably the most reliable and trustworthy person that you will meet. Having said that, I know that if somebody said that to me, I would run away but I would appreciate it if you could contact me if you are still interested in carrying this.
