Hello:

I am now looking to rent our apt starting Dec 1.
As I mentioned previuos, it is a 2 story PH unit with its own interior elevator. 2 full BR, den, 3 Full bath and we put EVERYTHING into it, frameless showers, marblr, granite, large WI california closets,all slide out kitchen drawers, Robb &Stucky wallpaper, carpet, lighting, design, 2 terraces total sq ft as sold to us is 2430sq ft, 2200 interior.
What do you feel we could lease this for- I will be happy to email you photo's.
As you may have heard, the developer is now finishing this developement as a premier 1st class rental project.

If it were possible to somehow take my Apartment and put it in Townsend Place, Palmetto Place or 200 East, today, what would it be worth per sq ft?
I know this would be a guesstimate, but just curious what your opinion is.

With all due respect, I think your answer is way off mark.

An apt such as what I speak about (correction 2 br+ den, 3 full bath) in a luxury building in Downtown Boca , from what I have seen is in the $700,00 and up range- if you can get them for $400,000 I will buy it now.

can you tell me what the avg sold price per sq ft for 3 br condos was in downtown boca raton in 2004,?

it is a 2 BR and a den, no window or closet, sorry- about the error.

BTW, the prices mentioned per sq ft,are they of all sized unit sales? Is there a premium priced on larger units, such as the one I describe?

Also, does Townsend place fit into that criteria as well as Palmetto Place and Boca Grand?

Thank you all for your replies. So a 2430 sq ft 2 story penthouse condo in Downtown Boca with all upgrades, marble, granite, private interior elevator and 2 terraces (2200 a/c sq ft, 2 br + den 3 full bath, at $204 per sq ft, at that time- October 2004- would have been a bargain?
