Im 22 years old and my fiance is 28. We are purchaseing our first home for us and his 10 year old son. We have one in mind, but are hopeing we get credit problems fixed before someone else crabs it. We arnt that far away, just a inch out of reach LOL. He works during the week, and we have a business on the side selling jewelry at traders village. WE actually want to buy homes at tax auctions in the future to resale
