It is a total scam. If I find a way to sue these bastards, I will. - Wed May 28 2008, 16:06
We, sadly, did pay the $199.00 fee and canceled (as we were told we could for a full refund) within a few hours after seeing what the membership entitled us to (basically a list of foreclosed homes in very depressed neighborhoods). We have been given a different story every time we call requesting our refund. First we were told it would be credited back to the card we used within 7 days. Then, when no refund was given, we were told it would take 30 days for "processing". Thirty days has come and gone. We were told the refund would be issued by check and arrive in 3 to 5 days. Guess what? Three to five days and no refund. We called again and when we asked the last name of the company "representative" we were told it was against company policy to give that information. Now, we are being told we will be issued a refund after sending in a cancellation form (not previously requested)within 48 hours. I will post again when the next 48 hours pass and let everyone know if I have received my refund. I'm not holding my breathe, though. But I will pursue this until I am satisfied, one way or another. It is a horrible thing to do this to people. - Mon Apr 21 2008, 16:00
