Trying to go off-grid and out of site. Sold home of 25 yrs in Portland got $54.80 for my efforts.
The realtors netted about 6k each and Countrywide deserves the rotten bananna award.
Have a cabin in Otis we are trying to sell to put 50% down on a possable private contract for 5 acres North of Roseburg.
Getting FHA or VA approved due to credit history that strangely keeps changine and companys keep saying "opps our bad we have had you listed for 5 yrs in owing us nothing, Now we feel you owe 8k.
The "system" is not my friend.
If I could find where the crossroads are, I am ready to sell my soul to get my wife and I out of Otis and into a more dry/healthy area. (and not have to commute daily to Eugene-Springfield-Roseburg for work)
