Intriguing...as long as guitarist can tolerate bluegrass or country (the good stuff! not commerical) bands (no drums) practicing in adjoining unit...and late night fiddling.

Alex, I had to post a note here b/c you just wrote pretty much exactly my letter...i'm also a musician and first time buyer and i've been scouring listings for single family homes in the areas you mention.
