Any suggestions for staging companies or furniture rental companies in Chicago?

At what point do you shop around for mortgage rates? Is it during the pre-approval process or after the offer?

before!!! sellers like to see that prospective buyers have a preapproval. that way they know that they are serious about the offer and will work with them. also, most REQUIRE a preapproval. and not to mention the fact that there is so much to do after an offer is excepted. you wont have the extra stress!!!! - Tue Jul 8 2008, 13:29
