Would if you are there for 2 years paying $X amount a month and then have to sell for an unforeseen reason. Add on that the market drops another 10%. That's where I'd start...

Rental market has been heating up. People losing their houses have to have a place to live. If your not getting any calls I'd say it is more likely than not you are over-priced. Of course this is just regular Joe's opinion..
