Home Buyer

Question removed

Maryanne answered:
Gregory,
You seem angry by casting disperations at someone simply for asking a question.
I was saying that posting addresses is critical to prospective buyers.
By not posting the address, you won't be able to gain interest in your clients' houses. I agree that it is not a "requirement", but I believe that it should be required.
I tend to skip these homes because there is insufficient information listed. I don't want to call every realtor for information on every listing. I believe that Trulia should not accept listings which do not have the street address published.
You don't have to worry about having to deal with me as I'm not interested in anything in Tuckerton. - Sat Mar 7 2009, 10:46

thought this was sold?

Maryanne answered:
Even if the property is sold, the realtors leave it up on trulia.com until the date of the actual sale.
One agency in Avalon just removes the street address but leaves up all the other information. - Sat Mar 7 2009, 07:00

Deb,
I also find your answer to David to be insulting and demeaning. He describes himself as a "home buyer". I wonder if you would laugh in his face if he called you about one of your listings! Oh no! I'm sure you'd tell him he was truly one of the most intelligent and articulate buyers you've ever met! How intelligent are you? - Sun Jul 20 2008, 05:09
This section of the site is called "Advice and Opinions". If realtors are not able to offer either because of some legal issue, then don't answer on this site! I think it's hilarious that you realtors don't answer her question, but are quick to offer her homes that you have as your listings! I find that realtors offer very little substance to the buyer-they just want to sell their listings. Cheryl, you have to do your own research on the area and become familiar with it. This is something a realtor cannot do for you, as they have said. Only after learning about the area and driving around to look at the houses you're interested in, should you contact a realtor. They basically are there to complete the sale of the house you're sure you want. They are not there to offer any other help. - Sun Jul 20 2008, 04:50
