I only buy and renovate homes in Hollywood and I love every minute of it...well, not always.
There is never a dull or quiet moment as we live in one of the home that are being renovated.
I am doing five (5), yes five at the same time right now.
I just found out my husband is writing a blog about how he survives all this...
I just want to find a matching pair of shoes...
I am always looking for great old Hollywood homes if you know of one and
always looking for great agents to sell them when I'm done. I've never bought a home
that was for sale and my homes are typically sold before we're done so keeping in touch with
agents, appraisers, buyers, private lenders and private sellers are welcome to contact me.
RRichards's Questions (8)
I'm answering the person who questions my professionalism. Yes, I have a lawyer. I never said I was a professional 'flipper' but I am a professional. I thought this website encouraged people to 'ask' questions? By asking questions and having them answered by others with 'real life experience' has saved me more money then paying my lawyer to educate himself about my specific situation. It's easy to pick up the phone and call my lawyer, but my education in this business continues when I research the answers myself, ie, 'learning from my mistakes' or from the experience of others. Lawyers don't always make things better...they just make more money doing it. Perhaps if you had answered my question I could have learned something from you. The first question I put on this site saved me thousands of dollars with a lawyer. The answer was simple, "why don't you talk to the seller and see if you can work it out." The lawyers put us against each other and good old fashion sit down and talk without them worked. It may not always be the answer but it was certainly worth trying and it cost $0. I'm glad I asked a question and there was a professional to take the time to answer. Thank you to all the professionals that answered my questions. Also, my property was "NOT" on the market some slick agent was saying it was. - Thu Mar 27 2008, 23:28
