I am looking for information on seaside villa condos in gulfport florida. Anyone have info on area, prices,?

I am insurance agent and I have just signed a Purchase and Sale for a 2 bedroom in Building 3 (approx 943 sq feet). A Condo policy with $30,000 Personal Property would run around $700 (smaller units and/or less Personal Property coverage would be less). Flood Insuance would probably run $300-$315 for the same limits. - Thu Jun 19 2008, 10:43
