Hi, Candlewood Lake is very big....depending on what town you are looking in and what kind of home you are looking for. Living in Danbury and being a boat owner as well, some of the homes are incredible. For a very general answer you are looking at a fair price on the mid $600,000 for a nice home with Great views.
Spring time is also the best time to sell.

Hi Maureen, Everything is always found in Town Hall. Once the closing has taken place, it is all public knowledge. If you know which Real Estate Company had the house listed, you can try and call them.
If you like send me to address and I can look it up as well.
thanks, Rose - Sun Mar 9 2008, 19:05

Hi Kendra, When I need to price a home i first go to see is with a my team pricing experts. We must take in consideration other homes in the area that sold that are similar. Then of course we add on or take off value depending on the home, # beds, baths etc. I also find out what the home was purchased at and if there is a remaining balance. There is alot to pricing correctly.
You can go to my site and do some neighborhood searches and find out what sold as well.
Please feel free to email me w/anything further. :) Rose - Fri Feb 29 2008, 06:53
