Looking for family oriented neighborhoods. Prefer something other than zero lot line. $300k range

Hi Cindy.

Most of the answers you've gotten so far are not really pertaining to Fort Myers, it seems. I'm not a realtor, but a City Planner who was recently laid off, so I'm pretty impartial. I would look at Whiskey Creek, Tanglewood & Edison Park. Tanglewood Elementary is close to the first 2 neighborhoods & Edison Park Elementary is within Edison Park neighborhood. None of these neighborhoods are new construction, but many of the homes in the first 2 neighborhoods were built by an excellent builder (Michigan Homes). Homes in Edison Park tend to have lots of character, but well-maintained. - Sun Feb 17 2008, 11:16
