Looking for portfolio lenders in the denver area.

I'm not an agent nor a lender, but am interested in finding out more about portfolio lenders in the metro area. I've got a beat on four properties in the commerce city area which are under $50k to purchase and could easily be rented as is for $750/mo or more. The vacancy rate for Adams county is well under %6...the lowest in 10 years. Traditional lenders are not the route for me. Any advice or consultation would be appreciated.
