Thanks for the excellent answer. The article you linked to specifically questioned the price of the new loft projects and as such your statement that everything is now affordable doesn't sound like it applies to new lofts. Don't overlook Salero Ranch. It is even more spectacular then Tubac Foothills if a bit more remote. All lots have underground electric and ag exemptions too. Gorgeous land. - Mon May 12 2008, 17:02
