Bud, like all schools in the area. You'll be an outsider. This you may embrace or reject. It seems that most newcomers try and flock together and miss out on the "beauty" of native life. Put you some racin stickers on your cars, slurr your words, drink excessively or either condemn those who do; and you could be on your way to fitting in. Hope this helps. Oh, by the way; My advice is to talk to as many realtors, 25+, as you can before buying so that you will "know" more people. Don't got boondogled into the 1.

The area is dominated by racing, which is in deep trouble. I project a further decline in the market. The fuel prices are really hammering those long commuters.
