It sounds as if a lot of people failed in this situation, including the buyers. It sounds very odd that no one involved in the purchase of this home noticed this as a potential issue. Both selling and buying agents, the appraiser, the buyers, the home inspector, family and freinds, It just seems someone should have noticed and raised the issue before the sale of the home. It sounds more like buyers remorse. Instead of wasting the time and money of pursuing legally, their efforts might be better directed at adding the closet if this is spacially possible.
David, I feel your pain on the Iphone. I got burned with that one too. What can you do, but move on. - Tue Aug 12 2008, 05:17
Thanks Debbie,
I appreciate your consideration. My husband works at the Orlando international Airport. I have more flexibilty in where I can work b/c I am a RN. We are strongly considering the Lake Nona area, but we are still trying to be flexible. - Fri Aug 8 2008, 21:49
Luke,
Where are some good places to be in your opinion? I don't have money pouring out of my pockets, but due to my husbands job change we must move to Orlando in the next 6mo or sooner. I noticed that you live in Windemere, do you like it there? - Fri Aug 8 2008, 08:26
Thanks Jacyln for trully stating your opinion and answering the question directly. I can appreciate the realtors here, but when you are trully looking for a home and don't know the area it really helps for someone to just be able to answer the question without the hidden agenda of trying to become your realtor. I hope this website will try to attract more people who don't have a license who can just answer the question. If I sound frustrated it's b/c I am. I too am in the position of looking for a home in Orlando. At this point, b/c I am out of state I am limited to internet searches for my info. I am not yet ready to find a realtor, therefore When I ask a very specific question, I want a specific answer. Not the answer you must give b/c you are bound by a license. I actually quit asking questions here because of that reason. - Mon Aug 4 2008, 10:35
