That's a tricky question, what if one sells more but has a lower avg sales price than the other? What if one has a lower % of asking price than the other? You are leaving out a few other agencies that may be considered even better than these 2.

It is more about quality and not quantity, anyone can sell a house if they price it super low. Actually it matters not what agency your agent is from because no one walks into the real estate offices any more looking for a house, they look on the Internet just like you are looking for a possible agent to sell your home.

That is how I bought my home, by finding an agent online. There are probably a dozen agencies within a few miles of your home and each of them will be able to sell the house, just make sure you get the right agent don't worry about the office and the silly office stats. Because what if you chose the "best" office and you get their worst agent.. then what? - Wed May 6 2009, 11:50
