Are house prices in Fishtown going to rise or decline in the next year? what do u think and why?

I am an investor and have had rental properties in Fishtown for close to 19 years. It is a great area and I don't know why it took so long for it to take off. The next 12 months might be slow and good time to buy, but the future to me looks good over the next few years. It is close to Center City, Temple, shopping, the shore and easy access to I95 & I76. The Casino will attract workers looking for affordable homes and rentals in close proximity, that are affordable and in good neighborhoods. That is what Fishtown offers! I think it is a great investment and I am always looking for houses in Fishtown.
