We buy/ sell/ lease homes. We provide wholesale properties and retail properties to buyers at very discounted price. We have land lords who purchase from us at a deep discount. The retail buyers get to move at the best home in the sub-division with a scale of 10 of 10 as we put in Granite, stainless appliances, finish basement, remodel the kitchen with upscale maple cabinets, renovate the bathroom in full.
