Our home is in Epsom, NH which is about 10 miles from Concord. If you are looking for total privacy with awesome sunset views, this is the place for you. 3 bedrooms, perennial gardens, ceramic and porcelain tile floors throughout. We love it here. Never thought we would ever consider moving. You can swim in the pool under the starry sky at night, or watch the sunset from the pavillion or one of the decks with a cool drink. This is as close to paradise as I can imagine. What adds to the charm is knowing you are close to major airports and the beach, the mountains, and the lakes. There is a 33 acre pond at the bottom of our driveway for canoeing or fishing. When people come to visit they do not want to leave! - Mon May 25 2009, 07:16

The good points of Epsom! We have owned property here for over thirty years. Epsom is close to the best of it all, but still has the small town tranquility. Under an hour to major airport, the beaches of the Atlantic coast, the Mountains for skiing, and hiking, the lakes region for boating. Boston is less than two hours away. And all of this while you are living in peace and tranquility!

Negatives: This is not a fast pace place. If you need constant city nightlife and taxi service, etc, this is not the place for you! - Mon May 25 2009, 07:06
